Todd went back to southern Mississippi this am to take Sarah back to school. Weather has cooled down some finally today, around 80! It was hot fri/sat.
Been thinking about baby names, (see link) and so far 65% like Quentin Reese, and so do I!

well, the storm is over and the weather is wonderful! I had my OB appointment today. Heard the heartbeat! I go back in 3wks for 1st ultrasound to measure size, dates, etc.. Too early to tell gender, so may prolong it until like 18 wks. That is when I found out that Konor was a boy. I'm not sure though, I may just go then b/c it is always soo exciting to see the baby! I don't know when I'll have another u/s then though. So, may schedule a 3D one in Nashville for end of month or early Nov. I guess I have a few wks to think about it.
~Here is what babycenter.com says about our baby now:YOur Baby: 12wks! How your baby's growing: Your baby's hit the 2-inch mark (about the size of a lime) and weighs half an ounce. Her face is beginning to look more human. Her eyes, which started out on the sides of her head, have moved closer together on her face, and her ears are near their final positions on the sides of her head. Your baby's intestines, which have grown so rapidly that they protrude into the umbilical cord, will start to move into her abdominal cavity about now. Her kidneys are secreting urine into her bladder. Her nerve cells have been multiplying rapidly, and synapses (neurological pathways in the brain) are forming. Your baby may have acquired more reflexes by now, including sucking, and she'll even squirm if you prod your abdomen, though you still won't be able to feel her movement for several weeks.

Survivin' Ivan! The rain is now apon us. Schools closed, etc. Daddy on way home now. Only to get worse later today/tonight. 90K in B'ham w/o power and 20K in Cullman w/o.. I sure hope we don't lose power too!
Konor eating more finger foods now! Loving cheerios finally too!

Finally unpacked Konor's room and finished w/the walls, take a look at the photo album 'painting konors room' I added to there. Sarah is on her way home from boarding school in MS due to hurricane Ivan.. may get to see her for a few hrs later.

Yesterday went shopping and got konor's first leap pad book, from leap frog

We went to Chattanooga Saturday and went up the worlds longest incline.. Stayed at the choo choo.. and went to zoo sunday.. Had fun.. and only 1.5hrs away...

Well, with my rented doppler, I lay still for about 10 mins and finally, finally found and heard lil beans heartbeat! :) A good strong 147! I called Todd on his way to work and had him listen! Soo exciting, and truely amazing.. Makes it all more 'real' now! I'm 10w5d today... (and oddly losing weight..??)

Well, we found and got Aslee back last night. She is looking/doing good so far.. just walking around new place meowing! Glad we got her back!

Konor 'sorta' crawled last night! :) But not an official crawl yet.. but deff moving... on the carpet anyway.. he was trying hard to on the hardwood floor this morn.. but got mad! lol!

Well, back online! Been moving for a week, and nearly everything is unpacked. Got new mats,frames for some pics and got those up.. One sad thing, can't find my cat of 14yrs, Ashlee! :(

Konor is doing ok, has a lil cold and sleeping more during day past two days. He is holding bottle, drinking from sippy cup, waves, and even got up on hands/knees once!

Pregnancy is going well too. Sick every so often, but nothing major. Go to dr on friday, which now only about 10-15mins away. I hope we hear the heartbeat..though friday I will only be 10wks. I'm actually losing weight,not much...but my pants are getting tighter...

Well, Konor just woke, gotta run!
