Well, only learning now that a good friend of some friends back home passed away nearly a month ago. I knew him while I lived/visited, but not that well. I know that a few of my friends are deff devestated by this. One, I can't contact and heard is pg again..She fell off the face of earth ages ago. I miss her horribly. Anyway, the day of week is wrong, so not certain when he actually passed, but here is the obituary.

Well it's official...WE ARE MOVING!!
The house is double the size we are in now and about the size of the house we lost. It is a split level. The master is deff bigger than ours now and double closets! and two windows.. The room I'm gonna make for Konor is almost as big, and a corner room too w/two windows and a big closet. Then there is a smaller room across from ours, it has a lighthouse border. I'll leave it up if having a boy. Huge linen closet, and nice size bath that has a door from hall and our room.
The downstairs is pretty big too, hardwood floors, nice seperate dining area..Then there is this room off the dining that was part of the garage. Has cabinets and closets. Thinking of putting the big safe and PC in there and maybe toys? maybe just make it a play room and put pc in dining room like here, and the safe in the garage part. And Todd wants to turn the other half of garage into a bar kinda thing. cool w/me! Then there is a basement in which the girls can share. It's huge w/ a wood burning furnace. Can put an air matress in there or up in the lil baby room for when ron/debby visit then. There are windows all around the ceiling that are some special insutlated kind. Also has gas, and central heat/air. There is a seperate laundry there and another bathroom, then a big utility like room w/a door that goes outside, w/steps up to patio. A good place to put the dogs when raining! Huge patio and two storage sheds out back. But said we might get rid of those and make a patio/fire pit there. Very shaded yard. Then a huge storage shed w/windows and can get elec out there if we want. Can put a window A/c unit there, tv, whatever for another 'hang out' and there is deff room for the swing set! But...very cool IMO! I'm excited! I have all these furniture placements going on in my head, lol!
It is knology, so that is good, no changing email, and hopefully phone # will stay the same.We may be getting a gas stove too, not sure.
The best thing is the location. It is Huntsville, maybe considered 5pts area, close to 'dwn town' hospital, dr,restaurants, etc...and his kids...
Well, another new place w/o memories of Kyla, but soon to be filled with those of my son and new child on the way..

Wow, in about 4 days Daddy (Todd) will finally be home! It has actually flew, except the last few days. Last Friday, Konor and I drove to Atlanta to visit w/RAchel/JC and kids, Riley and Keagan. Had fun, got to go to zoo again, see her mom and she got a cake for Kyla..bittersweet.
Then Sunday evening back home, I started to get sick, throwing up. It didn't stop until mon morning. All day monday I had a high fever. So tues I went to Dr, taking Konor w/me...6hrs later, I was released! I was severely dehydrated which made my small veins even smaller to get blood from. It was aweful. Also had a urine analysis done. Said I had a bad UTI, which seems odd, b/c I had one b4 (last time I was pg) and I sure feel fine! Anyway, gave me an antibiotic shot in my butt, which hurt! and finally I got hooked up to IV fluids.. That took about an hour. Konor did great and fell asleep in my arms. I was freezing at that poing so they brought in a blanket and I too slept off n on. I had to then make it to pharmacy for rx..anti vomit and antibiotics. And more tylonol.. My fever today is finally low grade! and after a shower and a good nap, I am finally feeling much better. It was really aweful though..Konor is such a trouper, letting me set up camp on living room floor to lay by him playing. I'm drinking 20oz of water every few hrs, which is normal for me..but I guess the puking is what dehydrated me..(it was only water) And the fact that I AM PREGNANT! YUP....it was official(by dr) last week on Konor's 1/2 bday. NOrmally I wouldn't have gone to dr, but being pg really had me worried w/this high fever. I'm glad I went even though it sucked! They want me to come back tomorrow for another urine analysis and blood work. But they suck @ getting to my veins compared to medical mall..I'm not so sure I'll go back. I see my OB Friday for 1st prenatal. As of now, my edd is: 4/2/05. Yep, 14 mos apart! We only tried 2mos, so I was pretty excited. Only got to talk to todd on phone a few times but he goes to an internet cafe nearly every night and is able to email me. He is very happy too! He is doing a lot of hard work down there, I'm so proud. I miss him soo much! I just hope I can have the house back in order/cleaned by time he gets home on Monday. That is konor's 6mo check up too, right before, so i may postpone it so i am not late picking him up. I got this really cool backpack carrier today.. has the hood and pockets, it's awesome. I'm gonna sell the one I used w/Ky on eBay. I have a few other things to sell, but don't have my dig camera (todd has it) so it'll have to wait.
Oh, forgot to add, had konor's 6mos pics taken. He did sooo good and laughed soo hard! I can't wait to get them back! He is just the happiest baby in the world, I swear. EVERYONE asks, "Is he always this good?" At the drs, stores, friends, etc..Mommy sure got lucky! He's gonna make a great big brother! Well, I'm gonna go lie down for the night and keep resting as much as I can until 100% better...then, I will CLEAN!Comments:Add a comment:
