Konor is FINALLY rolling over consistantly now from tummy to back. Still only a few times back to tummy though. He is the biggest flirt of a baby boy too! Smiling and cooing at strangers.
We've been busy out daily shopping and getting ready for our BIG ROAD TRIP to PA soon! Hope to get lots of good pics of everyone. Weather @ home has been reminding me of florida. Not one day that it hasn't rained, at least for 5mins. At least it isn't as hot, though still humid. The 'pet' squirrel has gotten out of cage several times now, so we're just leaving the door open for her to go into her box at night.
Roxy is going to a kennel Sat morn, b/c last time we went anywhere, she kept jumping the fence. Bobbie is taking Pablo and is coming by to feed Ashlee and Sadie.
Just had my hair and nails done, and Konor's suitcase is packed, and we got the roof cargo carrier today, so, we're ready!
oh, Konor moved to a 'big boy' carseat today too. I still want a new one that turns into a booster later, for the van. And a friend may give me a new one too. Well, 3 vehicles, 3 carseats I guess!
ps, today marks 20mos w/o our Kyla. We miss you baby girl!

Well, my baby is no longer a vegetarian! He had a whole stage 2 jar of 'Apples & Chicken' and a small plastic container of Green beans for lunch! What a piggy! I was gonna hold out until 6mos on meat, b/c Kyla didn't like it. But hey! I'm trying new foods only 2days in a row now (ped says ok) since there aren't anybody w/allergies in the familes. And also, I don't want to try anything new while in PA, just in case he does have a reaction.
I boxed up some more baby clothes, some 3-6mos sizes already too small :( And dug thru the bottom drawer and pulled up some 6-9mos. Some still have tags on, so gonna launder them to see if they'll shrink. I also found some Pampers sz 3 samples and they fit, so I think this week we're gonna move up a size! He's already in sz3's of Huggies, but I just don't like them this time around.

Had a semi decent wknd. Rachel doesn't go to camp until next sunday, Fathers Day. Konor is eating nearly 3x a day now! And has tried most of the 1st foods. Working on 2nd stage foods now. Gonna stay away from prunes for awhile though.

Today my mom, Konor's grandma woulda been 57! :(
We went into town to visit Danielle and baby Serenity, and Kelsey watched them while we ran into the passport place. Then I went to Garvins to get doggie food, and then to pay my auto insurance, but ugh, missed her by 5min as she went to lunch! So, met my sister, Konor's Aunt Melissa for lunch @ Logan's Roadhouse. They put a new one up by Target/Goody's closer to my side of town. Just had some tea, and clam chowder, crazy I know, in this heat! But hey, it was chilly in there. Konor did very well, eating a whole jar ea of sweet potatoes and a jar of bananas.
Then, back dwn to the insurance place, grocery store to get meat for daddy to make jerky, lol (he's on this kick now,lol) (Thanks pap)
And ,whew, 3pm now, and finally made it home! KOnor is doing tummy time now, and actually rolled a few times this am! I been 'working' with him, told him he's gotta show up his lil cousin in a few wks when we go up to PA! ;)
The girls are coming tonight, but not sure how long Rach will be here as she has to go to camp on Sunday for a wk, then straigt to Pa! Busy bee, that girl!

Wow, another scorcher! Konor sat in his bouncy out back while I cleaned off the deck/patio. Then I started really to get ambitous and cleaned out the turtle tank. Then amazingly moved the enormous cage that the squirrell is in all the way outside from inside the girls room. That was hard, getting around the poll that Todd has there b/c of the loft/beds he built and put up in their room the other wknd. Then outside, I had to do some thinking to get it up on the table and away from sniffing dogs! So, I got some wood, and built and incline and slid it up, all w/o spilling the water, lol! Lucy is doing ok now, but I think was a lil scared at 1st. She is getting bigger and needs to experience the outside sounds/temps and daylight shifts to be able to be released. Though she's not gonna eat as well in the wild as she is now, LOL! Today, nuts,berries, strawberries, a small banana, carrots, cheese...can we say SPOILED,LOL??!!

We had a great day out today! Even though it is so stinking hot, thank Gad for A/C! Got a bunch of groceries on way home! Thinking of making the Talapia (fish) tonight, yummy!

Went for his 4mos shots today. Did very well. And doc says he's doing great, right on track! I washed down the ol' high chair of Ky's tonight, Konor looks soo tiny in it, but gonna try and give him breakfast there tomorrow.
