We planted two trees for Kyla this wknd. It is now 1.5years since she passed. All of us are really missing her A LOT lately.

1st shower! Konor and i took a shower tonight. he loved it~ ky hated it, only did it twice w/her.

i'm having a rough time emotionally tonight. I miss my baby girl. I'm told i talk of her too much. f u . is what i say... 1.5 yrs sat.. i plan on planting a weeping willow. images from a video flood my head. then, instantly, that day... I'm scared... i love my boy... i love my girl... this pain will never cease. we all miss her sooo much. then i don't talk enough about her according to my step girl.. i worry about her too. man, it's not right, why? why should ANYONE ever have to go thru this? it's not a miscarriage, not a stillborn... tho i am sure those r hard.. but kyla was REAL and living and happy, and healthy.. she was my 1st child. my baby, my punky girl...

got email this am from konor's aunt becky about daddy's dad, grandpap. in hospital, thought another heart attack. well just heard now that it is his esophogus (sp?) possibly cancer. he is getting released but goes back thurs. guess we'll have to wait to learn anymore.

I picked up Konor's aunt for her bday and had some cheap drafts. our 'men' showed later. had a nice time.

wow, Konor Chance slept from 8:30pm 'till 7:30am!!! I put a lil cereal in his bed time bottle last night. Hmmm? gonna do that again if it worked! ;) YEAH Konor, do it again!!!

Konor rolled over from tummy to back! But, was pretty mad about it, and hasn't done so since!
Also, his sleeping has changed, again the past few nights. He is still going dwn at 8:30, but now waking between 12am and 1am and will only eat a few oz. Read that this is norm and he is weaning self off that feeding. So, I am gonna make some smaller bottles and try to cut back a lil more ea night, and hopefully in a few nights i can just rub his back or put some music on to get him to go back to sleep. Then, he is waking at 5:30am lately, taking 6oz and sleep till 7-8am, but not always.
The weather is beautif sunny and warm out. Even got the a/c on during the day now. I wish it would stay like this. Too bad it has to go and get scroching hot soon!
Todd got another job offer, but I don't think he's gonna take it. Wants to wait until Rachel is a tad older before we move. I'm ok w/it now, finally. Esp cos I've been talking w/ladies there online, and one moving there this summer has a son born day b4 Konor! I figure, hey, I met Danielle online yrs ago, and still great friends, I can meet someone else online. So happy for the internet, in old days, I'd be really depressed about making new friends. But, like I said, not gonna happen now,so..

11 weeks old today! And burrrr, it is cold outside! Temps dropping all day and now it is only 35 degrees out! Crazy I tell ya!
Went to Dr to have pap done, but had to reschedule b/c he had to go deliver twins. Oh well.
We caught Konor sucking his left thumb last night! Instead of just his knuckle! too cute! I used to suck my right thumb, and am right-handed, so, maybe this means he is left handed?

Friday nite, KC slept from 8:30-4am and again from 4:30 to 7:30am! Last night, 8:30-1:30 and again up at 7:30. I'm not sure I like the early bedtime,esp b/c I have to stay up in morning, b/c that is happiest times. He gets cranky from about 3pm off and on till bed time.

Today is the Christian holiday of Easter. Yesterday it was sunny and 75, but today, a blah rainy day and will only get to 60's. Oh well, nothing going on anyway. Perhaps watch another dvd on our new 32" tv! (i fried the other water a plant)
Also, Konor is now taking almost 6 oz bottles! Not long now b4 he starts on solids! Oh my! My baby is growing up sooo fast! :(

Konor is now 10weeks old, hard to believe! Check out his new photo album! The weather is a beautiful sunny 72 out! Konor usually sleeps well, from 9-10pm to about 3am then up between 7-8am. Some nights he'll straight thru but wakes earlier at 6am! He has recently found his hands and has begun to stare at them contently. He also tries to suck his thumb, but usually just gets a knuckle in. This is only w/his left hand. Hmmm? Will he be a lefty like his sister Sarah and Uncle Rod? Guess only time will tell! He is such a happy and content baby boy. He smiles so much in the mornings. My morning baby! Kyla was more of a night child like her mommy! I call him KC Sunshine, and sing, "you are my kc sunshine, my konor sunshine, you make me happy, when skies are gray, you'll never know dear, how much We love you, please don't take, my Konor sunshine Away!"
