Pretty dull day. Konor was murder last nite. Don't know what his deal is. He goes to bed fine, no probs and has been waking in middle of night and won't go back to sleep. I finally gave him a bottle and brought him to bed w/me. Daddy (todd) is back in CO, until Mon, we think. I'm locking all the animals up tonight. Cat is going in carrier, and dogs in basement. I'm tired of them waking me too!
Managed to get a good nap together late this am. Went out driving around out of boredom. Ate @ Quiznos. waaay better than subway by far. Had a GOOD sub and clam chowder, yummy! Saving my brownie for later.
Talked to my dr and will have one final ultrasound. Baby better show us the goods this time! I also got it switched from the 30th to the 23rd. My dad will be here, so maybe he and my sis can come w/me. I don't think either has seen an ultrasound before, so. Too bad it's not the 4D one. Maybe if we don't learn gender I'll go to Nashville.. I'm excited though.. less than a week away!!

Oh, wanted to add that Konor is finally saying.. "uh uh-oh" but doesn't always say the "oh" part, lol! He doesn't speak much, not at all like Kyla did by now. But they say boys are slower w/words. He does say mama and dada, but I don't think on 'purpose' So, this is 1st 'real' word on purpose, i think??

A few snow flurries this morning, and 26 degrees!! :)
Well, last nite was the 1st nite I went out while Konor was still awake and had to be put to bed by someone else! Bobbie and her daughter, Brianna (4yo, Kyla's friend) Came over to babysit for about 4hrs. She had a lil trouble getting him to sleep, he cried, brianna cried, so she held him to sleep. But other than that, he did great. I'm so proud!!

We (todd and his girls) went to the WWE RAW (live on spike tv)wrestling thingie. We had pretty good floor seats. I drove seperate and left a lil early, to be home by 10. Glad I did cos was on top of garage and woulda been heck getting out. It was ok, different, funny. I don't know the 'characters' tho.

I've been given the 'OK' @ Konor's 9mo check-up to start weaning to whole milk around 10mos. Well, Konor is 10.5mos and today I gave him one ounce of whole (cows) milk in his afternoon sippy cup, mixed w/formula. We'll try one ounce for next few days and then add a lil more and so on..so he is on whole milk by his 12month check up.

Konor can now use a straw sippy cup! Yeah, cos there are lots of those on the market.Makes it easier,cos he doesn't have to 'tip' it up. He would only take the gerber (from breast) kind of sippy cups w/soft spouts. I now have 4 of those and he is drinking formula once a day in cup. @ 11mos I will start to wean to whole milk and hopefully off @ least two bottles and formula all together by his 1st birthday!
