Whew! We made it! Left ahead of schedule on both flights. Got me to Dallas about 15mins early, and I didn't have to take tram this time! I was really worried about missing flight since it was so close. It was a record low 3 degrees this am in COS (1degree yesterday am) And sunny.. too bad I was leaving :( The 2nd flight was a tad more rough and there is major rain here. Took 4ever to get home w/that the dark and rush hour. But glad to be back and is obvious the animals all missed me! I'll be posting pics as soon as I can, so take a lookie!
I'm tired...more another day....

Been busy. Went to Royal Gorge Bridge (highest in world) Scary! and Denver Zoo on Thanksgiving. It is a really nice zoo! Weather was wonderful then too. We were so hungry, but everything was closed. Found a Subway, yuk, and Todd hates it too! Run by foreigners who don't know how to make a sandwhich.. we just scarfed down some garbage and headed back to colo spgs! Got a resv. @ Tarvern in the Broadmoor. That was a nice dinner, Konor did well. Neither of us ate the traditional turkey tho,lol..
Went up to Vail to check it out. Lots of snow. Pretty. Only stayed about an hr, ate lunch. But I-70 was a mess. Stand-still traffic for a long time. and was snowing hard. They had a chain restriction for the one road off of it! Took twice as long to get back. People here drive nuts, and they LIVE here! LOL...I'll be glad to go back to warmer weather.
Konor been doing good, but waking a lot at nite. Can't wait to get him back to normal schedule and have bed to selves again.
Todd @ work again this day. I fly out tomorrow. Worried cos only have a 37min lay over in Dallas. That airport is so huge, I fear I won't make tram to next gate on time. Oh well, just have to wait n see. Hopefully I missed all the holiday travelers. News said they were all leaving yesterday, soo.. It would sure be great if it all works out and I get home as scheduled. Todd may be done early, but will be staying till friday at least anyway.

Konor crawled up the hotel steps today! Crazy lil man! I took him out to hall way to just crawl up n down it.. He gets so winded..elevation. Stopped outside someones door, and it opened. Out came a lady w/a 9mo (as of last wk) lil girl. We chatted for a lil bit by the elevators. Her daughter is cruising but not crawling. Lucky her I say, for the hotel room,lol. She was hoping Konor would teach her,lol...like Reni taught Konor how to do it 'the right way,lol"
Konor's sleeping is all screwed up. Takes two hour naps during day and up till 10 (our time). But still waking normal. At least last nite I didn't have to bring him into the bed w/me/us.
Todd working hard, and gonna be late tonight. It's build your own burito downstairs right now, but my tummy already is hurting. Thinking of ordering a stuffed pizza or hoagies. Surprisingly, not in mood for a calzone?!
Tomorrow is Todd's (daddy) 43rd birthday. I think he has off then thru turkey day.. Still unsure when leaving.
Anyway, added some new videos, check 'em out if ya want.

Well, we made it to CO. Though was a long day. The cat woke me @3am, and I couldn't get back to sleep b4 alarm woke me. AA line was crowded. We got stuck sitting in airplane for about an hr in Huntsville cos lack of visibility to Dallas. Fog. So, that meant I missed my flight out of Dallas to COS. I did good and didnt panic. Konor did great, though we got a lil bored in airport waiting for next flight out. Only about an 1.5hr wait though. Finally arrived around 1pm. 3hrs later than scheduled. It was cold and snowy.
I was really glad to see Todd and I guess he really missed Konor too.
Oh, since our visit w/Serenity the other day, Konor is now crawling 'normal' and not so much the army crawl! LOL.
Watched part of Steeler game yesterday. Yea, they won!
May be change of plans. Either staying longer, or leaving early, like today???? Haven't a clue. Todd is @ work now and haven't a clue when/if I'll hear from him today.
I miss my doggies!

Well, I think I'm about ready! Just gonna shower tonight so I don't have to in wee am and will have bag packed tonight. Gonna be some major snow there tomorrow/sunday. Kinda got me worried that plane won't land there and I'll be stuck in Dallas! Oh, I sure hope not! I miss Todd soo much and just wish tomorrow was over with! I'm not anxious about flying anymore, that I like.. Just hope I can manage lugging around Konor and that he does ok. Each flight is about 2hrs in air, and about an hour lay over in Dallas. That is if all goes well. Which I sure hope it does. Dogs got a sitter, and lil pablo is staying @ Bobbies. I'm driving to her place by 5am (she usually gets up for work round then anyway,lol) Kinda getting nervous....~~~ I can do it..done it b4.. But this time Konor is 9.5mos and I'm pregnant and can't have a nice relaxing glass of wine! Ok...gotta pysche myself up here and go get that shower and finish doing what I gotta do and get to sleeep.. yeah, right, I see me doing that tonight..lol

The moms group went ok..just a meeting they do monthly to discuss what is gonna be on calendar. There was another new mom there Courtney and her 5mo old Kallie. She locked her keys in her car! Also several others pg again. ONe is due late Jan and Im bigger than her and the one due in March! There was another Conor, about 6mos and a few other 9 and 10 month olds. There is now 42 members in group but only about 12 moms there today. They have a nursury and my heart stopped when they said it was time to put kids in it! The other new girl who ended up sitting nxt to me did the same. We were like NO WAY...not leaving my kiddo for 1st time w/a stranger! Ok, he's been left b4 but not w/strangers!! Luckily we didn't have to and only the 'older' kids went. whew!
They have a lot of xmas activities going on this/nxt mo..so when I left I told the pres that I'd be gone for rest of Nov activities and we don't celebrate xmas..so maybe I will join up 1st of the yr? She said that was fine..they are nonreligious and didn't matter. So, guess we'll see later on..

I'm so proud of Konor eating 'big people' food now! Though still on stage 3 jarred foods and the 'graduates' Tonight he had a wide variety.. 3 wheatable crackers (switched from saltless saltines) one slice of red beet (cut up) two slices of can carrots (cut up) one baby spoon full of baked beans, 1/4 slice of cheese, small pieces of honey dew and some ham/cheese ravioli pocket. (not to fond of) And 1/2 container of 100% vit C applesauce! :-)
Sounds like a lot, but wanted to 'try' out some other things he hadn't had. He didn't eat all of it, but did pretty darn good!

12 more days 'till we fly to see daddy! Missing him a lot now! :(

ELECTION DAY!
I 'tried' to vote [b]3[/b] times. AM, raining, too crowded... Afternoon.. I got caught in the school pick-up line, Konor was fussing, so said, **** It.. Came back @4 pm and line was over an hour! There were so many here that name wasn't on list. I fear that'd be me b/c of my name and moving. I use my maiden name on everything, voter reg, hospital, etc... but my 'legal' name is still hyphenated. I shoulda just went w/dh last week. In '00 in wasn't that bad, about 15mins or less during lunch! Well, if so many more are voting, I guess my libertarian vote doesn't matter anyway, but I like to support them so that one day they do make pres! ;)

I got those two cages. The one is gonna be awesome for the iguana when we figure out how to do a bottom on it for easy cleaning. It is 4x the size of what in now! And got a decent size bird cage that still fits on top of my computer armoire. ONly place I can put it away from cat/dogs, lol... And the birds like to spit seeds on me! lol. YEs, said birds, plural. I got Spencer a buddy today. Yellow, looks like a canary. They are getting along great! The yellow one I named Tracy... As in Spencer Tracy, and figure works if boy/girl... The woman I got it from mentioned she lost a child at age 4. And she met a man who lost a dd too on trip to Peru this summer. LOL, small world, it was my dh!:shock: as we got to talking, she gave me a cheaper price! :mrgreen: She used to breed birds, but now just has them in this cool aviary room! several macaws, amazon, finches, a cockatoo, and 2 african greys... I walked in to check them out and the african said, "It's alright, it's ok." Lol.. .too funny...and so human.. then the cockatoo ruffed up neck and said, momma, help me! lol! :roflmao: I wish I could have a parrot again, but way too much work, esp w/two lil ones soon. Some day........

Got Todd's laptop off to him, over $100 to overnite it and insure up to max of $500.

Get home and note from postman about package in doorway, guess he thought I was home, I never lock door during day... It was 2 cool jeans and several maternity shirts from my friend in GA.. cool! ;)

Konor is being such a bear and on his 4th bottle.. I know he wants to sleep, and I'm about to let him even though it is so early and he'll wake early, but better than this screaming and holding onto me for dear life! Too hard to do w/o dh here, who'd be making me dinner now! LOL, I'm starving.. guess it's leftover lasagna later...

ok, that was my max, he's fussing again...

Well, just got off the phone w/Todd in the dallas airport. On his way to Colorado. Cold there today. he ended up having to buy bigger luggage for 5wks worth of clothes and winter coat! Well, I think he narrowed some of the clothes down to mostly new ones we bought yesterday @ Target and Ross. I also got 2 new maternity jeans. Wow, 19days until we get to see ea other again. I'm gonna look so big! lol, and who knows, Konor may be walking! I still can't buy my tickets until tonight or tomorrow am, when he knows for sure he is staying the duration. His laptop died Saturday, and he was pretty upset about it. Well, we thought it could have been condensation or something cos his sun roof leaked while it was in his car. Friend just called and says it is working fine and that it was probably the adapter on it. This house doesn't have any 3-way plugs! so, guess we need to change them! Anyway, I gotta call and pick it up and fed ex it out to his hotel. I also gotta meet my friend and see if she can go with me to airport to pick up his car. He didn't see a reason to wake me and baby up @ 4:30 to leave this am. No biggy, can probably all be written off on his expense report.
Weather here is gonna be 83 today, and hopefully start to cool to 50's 60's later in week.
Well, gotta be going for now! Miss you Toddly, (if you read this later) LOL...
